ITALIAN POLICE ACTUALLY HIT A TARGET
Notoriously Inaccurate Mannlicher-Carcano Police Pistol Works
Genoa, Italy - (GIN) - In a surprising technological breakthrough and an even more surprising feat of human skill, an Italian policeman using a Mannlicher-Carcano pistol actually shot and killed a protester in Genoa. Italians are known to be poor shots, until they migrate to America to become gangsters, and even then they require machine guns.
The Mannlicher-Carcano, often known as "the rifle that didn't kill Kennedy" is also notorious for its faulty sites and barrels.
"It never hits anything," said Giovanni Cannoli, Director of Faulty Weapons Research at Milan Tech. "That's why we lost the war," he said, referring to WWII.
Cannoli said this rifle would be studied and this policeman would be interviewed.
"The date of Carlo's death will probably become a national holiday, he is a national hero for helping us prove our SDI theories work," Cannoli said.
As for the policeman who pulled the trigger, Cannoli said "This is so unprecented, he could become president tomorrow for what he's accomplished."
