FETUSES DECLARED HUMAN; EMBRYOS, SEMEN NEXT Washington D.C. - (GNS) - The U.S. Supreme Court upheld a federal law today declaring that Fetuses are human, but did not stop there. Writing for the majority, Justice Clarence "Coke" Thomas mentioned it would "be advisible to pass legislation declaring that semen is or are human. Embryos, too." Also writing for the majority, Chief Justice William "The Conqueror" Rehnquisition wrote, "The nature of conspiracy must be included in this discussion. If conspiracy is a valid crime even though it is a crime of intent, and since this court is deciding that fetuses, semen and embryos are human, it seems logical to conclude that the intent on the part of two people to not have a child can be interpreted as a criminal conspiracy against this government." |
