CASTRO WELCOMES ASYLUM SEEKERS Hijackers Flee To Cuba by Desmond Redondo Miami, FL - (GNS) - Angry and upset that people are speaking out in public against the President and the war in Iraq, a group of "loyal, patriotic Americans" has hijacked a plane to Cuba, and requested political asylum. "We just can't stand it any longer, that people like Michael Moore, the Dixie Chicks, and that President Arias from some country or other can disagree with our President in public, and get away with it!" declared the group's spokesperson. "We'd rather live in a country where people are loyal to their President, or off to jail they go!" The US declined to endorse the hijackers. "If they'd only have patience, Patriot Act II will solve everything," said Attorney General John Mashcraft. "Besides, we know Castro's game. He collect a bunch of malcontent prisoners and then he'll dump them back on us. No way, Jose." Castro praised the newcomers, and said "if any other Americans are opposed to speaking out against their leaders, they are welcome in Cuba, too." |
